Over the past few months, I have been reflecting deeply on how higher education can responsibly navigate the rapid advancements in technology. In line with this, I recently completed the Certificate in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Education from the University of San Diego.
This 10-credit graduate-level program offered a comprehensive look into the practical and ethical dimensions of integrating AI into curriculum development, student support, and institutional leadership. It was a humbling and insightful experience that highlighted both the profound challenges and the meaningful opportunities ahead for our field.
I look forward to applying these frameworks to the broader challenges and opportunities within higher education, ensuring we continue to adapt thoughtfully to the changing landscape of student success and institutional governance.
